I’m not skinny, even though I run a diet site. I have a Body Mass Index of 23, at the top end of the normal category. For the past 15 years, my weight seems to fluctuate up and down by about 20 pounds. When I lose 20 pounds, I feel great and pull out my skinny jeans, the ones that were too small when I bought them but hoped they would fit one day. I never throw out my skinny jeans. But I do throw out my ‘fat’ clothes when they don’t fit anymore. Needless to say, I know that awful feeling of buying BIGGER jeans when the skinny jeans don’t fit anymore. Ugh!
